Copyright
Copyrights in the content of TV channels, programs and movies on our service belong to many large producers. If you believe that your or another person’s copyright is being infringed through the TVUp service, please notify us by completing the Copyright Infringement Claims form.

Registered trademarks
TVUp and its logo are trademarks of TVUp Streaming Media S.L.
If you have not received our permission, do not use the TVUp marks as your own or in a manner that implies sponsorship or endorsement by TVUp.
A product with the TVUp name or logo is a reflection of TVUp. Unless you are one of our licensees, we do not allow others to make, sell or give away anything with our name or logo.
Third Party Notices
Software installed on TVUp-ready devices to enable streaming of the TVUp service may contain software available under free or open source software licenses (“Open Source Software”) and/or commercial software licensed to TVUp in parts (“Commercial Software”). »). The TVUp Terms of Use do not alter any rights or obligations you may have under those Open Source Software licenses.
Competent supervisory body
TV UP Streaming Media, S.L., with registered office at C/ dels Vilabella, 5-7, 08500 Vic (Barcelona) administracion@tvup.media, for profit, is duly registered in the State Registry of Audiovisual Communication Service Providers of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation with registration number 20230187088, with the competent authority being the National Markets and Competition Commission (CNMC), natural or legal persons who own or hold significant shares in the terms of article 38.
